That’s definitely a kind of impression, right
The military invasion of Ukraine is not only terrible, but it is directly affecting some in the OOPs community, such as :iconKarintina: , who is in the area under attack and cannot evacuate. Please consider helping in any little way you can, such as donating to https://unitedhelpukraine.org/ , or https://www.comebackalive.in.ua/
Also, remember: don’t hate on the Russian people. Most of them are as appalled at what’s going on as everyone else, and are risking their lives to protest the war; it’s Putin that deserves all the hate, not the common people.

Pekkit is my spirit yinglet.
Me a monzh ago: Beizel and Pekkit are definitely kin. Me seeing Smooth, confident Beizel, and Pekkit in a orgy of literature? Perhaps looks are not everyzhing as far as Yinglets go.
They could still totally be siblings. In fact I’m willing to adopt that into my world view.
I know Beizel is a passionate yinglet too, but instead of books, he is passionate about Vizlet. I think he just shows it differently than Pekkit’s love for books. If Pekkit is Vizlet’s daughter, Vizlet’s famous smeking with Kass shows she is definitely capable of the emotional level that Pekkit is showing, however cool she normally is.
Beizel certainly sounds like a concerned parent in panel 4.
I think you misread what it means to be a Patriarch. Not in a bad way though. Being a “Father” to yinglets is both a simple mechanical process, and also psychologically alien to Human Fatherhood. It’s probable that our good patriarch is either a sibling or father to Pekkit, but Yinglets often have more than a single father. It’s the Matriarch’s job to mix genetics to get results like Poak, an intelligent and physically robust male. So yeah, Patriarch Beizel may be a father to Pekkit, but his duty as a Patriarch toward all females he has responsibility over is the more important thing, and him being very,very good at projecting Vislet’s interests keeps him in demand for stud services.
I think you’re tripping over your own feet. Yes, exactly: yinglets often have more than a single father. And that’s exactly why there’d be nothing odd about a relative of Beizel acting differently from him.
The first comment in this thread was one that any father has when their kid has “Unique” tastes, and you wonder just how faithful your spouse really was. It was not a serious denunciation of the Pekkit-Beizel probable family ties, but was made in a humorous attempt. For Yinglets, yes, there is no chance that Pekkit’s Mother was in any way what humans would call faithful, and for good reason. The more fathers a yinglet has, the greater chance any “Odd” traits get averaged out. Though this love of books Pekkit has is interesting, as Yinglet males are on average very sexual. But for the Females, they get as much sex as they ever want, how ever often they want it. So Female hobbies are different from that of the males in general. Pekkit’s hobby puts her on the same path as Main from the Anime “Ascendance of a Bookworm” but with lots more pregnancy related content.
She’s fun.
I wonder though who is the matriarh going to thank?
And considering he’s drugged up saying how pretty Kazz is what will be her reaction to a human probably talking about how attractive the Matriarch is.
Pekkit reminds me of when I was a little kid.
HA! that’s me at a book store and a fabric store, craft store, electronic store… 😀
Neeeeeeeerd!
Beizel, dialing the Ninja abilities up to 11.
Pekkit iz likes a yinglet inna clams store… wait. Why aren’t zhere more clams stores? Ands… are books likes clams for za brain… ‘cept not tastes good likes clams? O_o
Alsos… New favorite wordies… Gyeh! Gyeh gyeh gyeh. Waha Yesyes! *nod nods*
Note Vizlet’s pupils in panel 1. Unlike the guard, she did notice Beizel’s approach.
She sure loves the stories. Someone should also get her a blank book to write in. Yinglet stories written for yinglets would be good to read.
Ah, so that’s the real reason Vizlet’s brought Pekkit here today.
Also, the guard looks like a descendant of Kattajak.
…
Interesting. I thought the guard _was_ Kattajak.
There’s a number of differences in the markings, such as:
1. Kattajak has stripes on his ears, the guard doesn’t;
2. Kattajak has a pale underside, the guard doesn’t;
3. The guard has a raccoon mask, Kattajak doesn’t;
4. There’s a few more, but I’m bad with descriptions and English isn’t my native language.
There’s also an obvious difference in personality. I doubt Kattajak would get caught off guard or startled so easily.
Another thing is that the Patriarchs are said to wear tall collars. Kattajak’s pretty short and easy to miss, but the guard obviously has none at all.
And finally, one of the yinglets earlier said he didn’t see Kattajak with the group.

It’s cute and kinda endearing how Pekkit wants to read ALL the books. (:
She has entirely the right attitude.
