Seems like Kass is becoming a Matriarch to quite a rag-tag group of individuals. Elim, an outcast yinglet, Isher, a curious indrel, and now a baxxid.
I love this framing, Kass acting as a matriarch within this little rag-tag enclave.
Just a reminder to other readers, about 1 minute ago Kass was so overcome with instinctive fear that she could only manage to screech. Kass is an extremely well suited for her role as officer.

I just noticed the vote link for Top Web Comics (right side, below the comic), so I went and voted. The vote incentive makes me wish I hadn’t. Seriously, it’s an abomination to my eyes; you should go vote too to find out just how bad it is.

I agree, it’s an awful trick to play on innocent voters who did nothing to the author to deserve it. But he’s just lampooning the entire concept of fan-service, to be funny. Don’t take it seriously, and keep voting. Eventually you’ll grow numb to the abomination. 😆
