Almost nothing could be more embarrassing for a shy person then a crush seeing you naked or in this case partially undressed.
Thankfully for her, 1. She isnt wearing a loin cloth. 2. She embarrassed / fear put her wide tail to block any rear view. And C. Kass came out AFTER she had “hid the goods” from rear view
Well to be fair. She always keeps her tail down. Seriously never seen it not draging behind her. The guards on the other hand….well that’s another matter. I’m sure there are three guards with questions and two telling them, “DOn’t ask.’
Of course her tail is always behind her. That is a given. Butt compare the first panel to the lasst one. First is at a 45 degree angle and slowly curves to a 90 (typical to be parallel to the floor, and perpendicular to her body)
The last panel, she has tucked her tail into almost parralel to her body (10 degrees deviation maybe?) And you can tell that the angle required for the tip to be parallel to the floor would be much sharper.
Yup. Definately tucked. She’s a good gal, and super shy. Kinda makes ya wonder if her tail is like a pups, and might unintentionally wag / flex, when she is super happy. Butt maybe she has already masstered the art of tail control. :b

Honestly, that’s been something I should’ve done a while ago, if only because certain sorts of topics are best discussed on forum-type boards. The current one that’s flooded with a billion bots/spam was a basic attempt to put forum software on this webspace, but there’s no reason it couldn’t just be on a standard 3rd-party-hosted forum with an ad or two at the top or something.

In all fairness though, the reason I do not donate as much as I want to, is because I am a horrible person, who pays too much in taxes, lotto tickets, paleo burgers, and medical deductibles (new system in the states has hit me pretty hard, since my payouts are insane, and I can’t pay my doctors in cash anymore (HUGE discounts when you pay the Dr. In cash, saved a mint in not buying health insurance (back in the day))

Yes, but now you have me thinking that the Kass/Lopin dynamic is much like the Skipper/Gilligan one…Lopin’s already got the sailor suit! Kass is constantly exasperated by Lopin’s antics and remarks…she just needs her own hat to slap him with.
Maybe Ginger could be a future version of Yannit who has gone into entertainment, as in the “Dance of the Six Limbs.”

Lopin is a fantastic lil fancy yinglet! He must be a romantic, that he is so in tune with human behavior. … or maybe he was a human/furless species pet for a time . . . It would explain some things like his educatuon (lack or excess of), his ability to manipulate people with his cuteness (like a cat or pup can), his fondness for beung carried (but all Yings seem to have this), and his fancy threads!
… Wonder if he had to pay for this, got paid for it; or it was some kid who found him and adopted him as a kit.
Poor lil guy! In real life time (month+) it’s been long enough for Kass to have forgiven him; In the comic timeline though, it is only a day or so, and is far too soon to be forgiven. Drat!
Hopefully Kass is enough of a leader (or a soft heart) that he’ll invite Lopin to tag along for the kitchen raid! (And hopefully (though doubtfully) he’ll give Isher a compliment (or 20 :3) on how she looks, and invite her along too!)

I’ve gotta say, I found this comic a couple of weeks ago and finally decided to read it, and I have to say this has almost instantly become one of my favorite webcomics. Its such an incredible mix of everything that (in my opinion) makes a fantasy-esque story amazing. The fun, multifaceted characters, the well-paced story, and dear god, the WORLDBUILDING. The world that you’ve created has obviously had so much love, care and thought put into that it is one of the most well thought out fiction worlds I’ve seen.
Every page seems to have a side remark or a visual cue that fleshes out the world just a little bit, and hints that there’s so much more to be discovered. You’ve put so much thought into the world and this story that the difference between Yinglet and Human biology (sleep-cycles, specifically) was actually a significant plot point! The world feels like a complete place, even with less than 100 pages of comic put out.
I always hate it when people push artists to work faster, as it tends to just pressure artists to take less care in their work, leaving everyone unsatisfied….That being said, I hope that the next page comes out soon, I can’t wait to see how the story, and the world, develop.
Hey, thanks a lot! I do put a lot of effort into making the setting detail-rich and believable, despite the focus on being entertaining above all else. And honestly, it would be hard to burn me out on drawing new pages; the only reason I’m not drawing all day every day is so I can pay the bills, but because the Patreon is going so well, I’ll soon be able to do exactly that!
I only found this comic a few days ago and I already love it!
Besides the Yinglets just being simply adorable, the characters are really engaging and I really want to see how things work out for them.
